MY MIL PICS™, LLC. WWW.MYMILPICS.COM, Tampa Bay Launch. Tampa, FL.—April 01, 2008— My Mil Pics, LLC, has a newly developed website for the men and women of the military. It’s called “MY MIL PICS™”. The web address is WWW.MYMILPICS.COM . It is currently in the Patent and Trademark office in Washington DC awaiting the trademark seal. It is a free site, to all active duty, reserve, and veterans of the US Military. It also allows family members, friends and loved ones to actually email, blog, and post pictures. Since the Military has banned troops and sailors from several other networking websites, according to the Department of Defense, because of bandwidth and content on these sites and, we at My Mil Pics™ developed a way for families to stay in communication on a descent, clean, and family oriented networking website. As an additional feature and service for our troops, Memorials can even be established for our Veterans and Fallen Heroes, including the local police, sheriff, and fire departments, regardless of any war in which they fought and served either for sentimental memories and/or nostalgia. Each individual will have their own home page, with their own pictures. Veteran and reserve business communities can even network with each other. Businesses can even market their services to the military personnel on the site and the civilians. Another service that we are trying to bring back to the military community are the discounts that were once offered on a larger scale to our servicemen and women. Most restaurants, hotels, and airlines are no longer offering a discount to the men and women in the military, for example, like the AAA discount or the AARP Discount. The Leadership team at mymilpics.com has started a program to recruit more companies and corporations onto a project to help increase the different types of discounts that are offered to our service men and women, and bring back the amount of discounts that were once offered in the past.
